At Mouldings One, we offer dependable delivery services designed around the size and destination of your order. Whether you’re local or across the country, we’ll help make sure your materials arrive safely and efficiently.

Local Delivery (Monday–Friday)

For customers within our delivery range, we provide direct-to-site delivery using our own trucks. All materials are unloaded and placed in the garage of new construction sites. If the garage is accessible from the driveway, no one needs to be present. However, if there’s no clear path to the garage, someone must be available to assist from the street.

Please note that our drivers are not permitted to carry materials into homes. If the garage or house is locked, we ask that you provide a key location or lockbox code in advance.

Any damages, shortages, or errors should be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. All claims must be reported within five business days. For returns, materials must be placed in the garage before the scheduled pick-up.

Shipping Outside Our Delivery Area

For orders beyond our local routes within the United States, we offer two primary shipping methods depending on the length and size of your mouldings:

  • Packages 8 feet (96 inches) or shorter usually ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. These are delivered by courier and left at the front door or another accessible entry point.

  • Items longer than 8 feet require Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipping. The carrier will call ahead to arrange a delivery time. Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for unloading the materials and inspecting them at delivery.

While we can ship lengths greater than 8 feet, it’s important to note that freight costs rise significantly with longer material—especially on small quantity orders. For cost savings, we recommend choosing 8-foot lengths when possible. Orders over 12 feet in length may include additional accessorial fees.
